What we store
We store profile data, Loops you create or save, Crew participation, messages needed for collaboration, and technical security events. A birth date is used to apply age rules but is never returned by the public API.
What partner analytics excludes
Chats, individual check-ins, reports, guardian contact details, precise locations, and segmentation of minors are excluded. Aggregate data is suppressed when a cohort has fewer than 10 people.
Export, deletion, and retention
You will be able to request a data export or deletion in settings. Some records may be retained temporarily to comply with the law, prevent abuse, or meet a legal-hold requirement.
